To ensure a pleasant and fair gaming experience for everyone, it is imperative to read and comply with the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in sanctions ranging from a simple warning to permanent banishment, depending on the severity and recurrence of the infraction. *** ### 1. General Behavior and Respect 1.1. **Respect for Others:** Any lack of respect, insult, harassment, provocation or discrimination (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, incitement to hatred, etc.) toward other players or staff is strictly prohibited. This includes direct and indirect messages, nicknames, inappropriate jokes, and any discriminatory or offensive content. 1.2. **Language and Communication:** Use appropriate and respectful language in all communication channels (in-game chat, private messages, Discord). Prohibited are: \* Excessive spam (repetition of messages, random characters, character strings). \* Abuse of capital letters (caps lock). \* Flooding (rapid and repetitive sending of short messages). \* Messages of a pornographic, gory, violent, threatening nature, or that glorify drugs or criminality. \* The distribution of "gore-baiting", "doxing" or any other personal information without consent. 1.3. **Privacy and Personal Data:** Never ask for, share, or distribute personal information (real addresses, phone numbers, full names, private photos, social accounts, etc.) of other players or staff without their explicit prior consent. The threat to "dox" or share private information is a major infraction. 1.4. **Username / Skin / Cape:** Offensive, inappropriate, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory usernames, skins, and capes, or those advertising entities external to the server are forbidden. Staff reserves the right to request a change or to ban until compliance. *** ### 2. Specific Game Rules 2.1. **Exploitation of Bugs/Glitches/Exploits:** Any intentional use or exploitation of bugs, glitches, server exploits, or game mechanics not intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: item duplication, bypassing access restrictions to areas, accessing areas not intended for players, abusing special attack powers, abusing repeatable quests for abnormal progression. \* **Obligation to Report:** If you discover a bug, report it *immediately* and *discreetly* to the staff via the dedicated channels on Discord. Do not share it publicly and do not exploit it. 2.2. **Third-Party Software / Cheats / Unauthorized Modifications:** The use of any unauthorized software, modified client, mod or third-party device that grants an unfair advantage over other players or alters the normal game experience is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. This includes, but is not limited to: \* Hacked clients. \* X-Ray (to see through blocks). \* Fly Hack, Speed Hack, abusive Jump Boost. \* Kill Aura, AimAssist, AutoClicker (for combat). \* Anti-Knockback, NoFall, Spider, Freecam. \* Macros giving an unfair advantage. \* Any other mod or resource pack offering a gameplay advantage (except those approved by staff, such as OptiFine or clients like Badlion/Lunar if not used to cheat). \* Aesthetic and optimization mods are generally allowed, but when in doubt, ask staff. 2.3. **Anti-AFK (Away From Keyboard):** The use of devices, scripts, mods, or any other method aimed at circumventing the server inactivity system (to stay connected, avoid automatic kick, or accumulate AFK rewards) is prohibited. 2.4. **Interaction with the World and Environment:** Remember that LifeSteal Dungeon is an adventure MMORPG. You cannot **place or break blocks** in the dungeon. The game is based on progression through adventure, fighting creatures, solving puzzles and completing quests. Any attempt to circumvent this rule (for example, by using bugs or unauthorized commands) will be sanctioned. 2.5. **Trade and Economy (if applicable):** Attempts to scam, "scam" or steal (if the server includes a player-to-player trading or commerce system) are sanctioned. All trades must be clear and mutually agreed. Promoting sales or purchases for real money (RMT - Real Money Trading) outside the official store is prohibited. *** ### 3. Communication and Discord 3.1. **Discord Channels:** Respect the use of Discord channels. Use appropriate channels for your discussions, requests, bug reports or player reports. Avoid off-topic messages in help or announcement channels. 3.2. **Advertising:** Advertising (text, link, image, voice) for other Minecraft servers, websites, YouTube channels, Twitch streams, or products with no official connection to LifeSteal Dungeon is strictly forbidden on the server, Discord, and any other official communication platform. 3.3. **Reporting Infractions:** If you witness a rule violation, use the reporting channels provided on Discord or contact a staff member privately. Provide clear and unaltered evidence (screenshots, video recordings) if possible, including the player's nickname and the time of the infraction. Do not take justice into your own hands. *** ### 4. Role of Staff and Detailed Sanctions 4.1. **Authority and Staff Decisions:** Administrators and moderators (the "Staff") have the authority to enforce these rules and take all necessary measures to maintain a healthy and fair gaming environment. Their decisions are final and incontestable. Any attempt to publicly challenge, aggressively question, or harass staff following a sanction is subject to additional sanctions. Staff reserves the right to ban a player without notice if the infraction is deemed sufficiently serious. 4.2. **Sanctions System and Gradation:** Sanctions are applied progressively depending on the severity of the infraction, recurrence, and impact on the community. * 4.2.1. **Warning (Warn):** * **Reasons:** First minor infraction (slightly inappropriate language, light spam, borderline behavior). * **Effect:** A reprimand, recorded on the player's profile. Accumulation of warnings leads to heavier sanctions. * 4.2.2. **Mute (Silence):** * **Reasons:** Non-compliance with language rules (repeated insults, verbal harassment, excessive flooding, unofficial advertising, spreading rumors). * **Effect:** Prohibition from speaking in public chat (in-game and/or on Discord) for a defined duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days) or permanently in case of severe recurrence. * 4.2.3. **Kick (Temporary Expulsion):** * **Reasons:** Minor but immediate disruptive behavior (abusive AFK, abuse of game mechanics to harass, not following a direct staff instruction, non-compliant nickname/skin). * **Effect:** Forced disconnection from the server. May be followed by a warning or mute if the cause persists. * 4.2.4. **Temporary Ban (Tempban):** * **Reasons:** More serious infractions (persistent harassment, intense and deliberate spam/flooding, minor bug exploitation, repeated rule violations despite warnings, attempted scams, recurring toxic behavior). * **Effect:** Prohibition from connecting to the server for a specific duration (e.g., 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days). A temporary ban is often a final warning before a permanent ban. * 4.2.5. **Permanent Ban (Permaban):** * **Reasons:** Major and intolerable infractions (use of cheats/third-party software, major exploitation of bugs/exploits, serious threats, doxing, severe and repeated racism/hate/discrimination, account hacking, ban evasion, unofficial RMT). * **Effect:** Permanent prohibition from connecting to the server. A permaban is generally irreversible. * 4.2.6. **Circumvention of Sanctions:** Any attempt to circumvent a sanction (e.g., changing accounts to avoid a mute or temporary ban) will result in a permanent ban for the main account and all linked accounts. 4.3. **Non-Exhaustive Rules:** These rules provide a general framework. Staff reserves the right to apply sanctions for any behavior deemed harmful to the gaming experience, the community, the integrity of the server, or staff directives, even if not explicitly detailed in these rules. The spirit of the rule takes precedence over its letter. *** ### 5. Purchases and Store 5.1. **Purchase and Refund Policy:** Purchases made in the official store (`https://lifestealfr.tebex.io`) are considered voluntary donations and are final. No refunds will be issued, except in the case of a proven malfunction of the purchased product that cannot be resolved by staff within a reasonable time. Unjustified disputes (chargebacks) will result in immediate and permanent banning from the store and the server. 5.2. **Ranks and Benefits:** Ranks (Adventurer, Explorer, Veteran, Conqueror, Lord, Legend, Custom, Deity) and other store products offer specific benefits and cosmetics detailed on the store page. These benefits are a privilege, not a right. Abuse of these benefits to circumvent rules or harm other players will be sanctioned, potentially including revocation of the rank or product without refund. 5.3. **Account Responsibility:** You are solely responsible for the security of your Minecraft account and your purchases. In case of loss of items, progress, or rank due to account hacking (not related to a server vulnerability), an in-game death, an unreproducible bug or improper handling on your part, staff is not obligated to refund or restore lost items. *** **By joining and playing on LifeSteal Dungeon, you accept this entire set of rules. Ignoring these rules does not exempt you from their consequences.
