# Discord チケットの開き方

## 🎫 LifeStealダンジョン サポートチケット

### 1️⃣ 通常チケット – 『📩』tickets

通常チケットは一般的な要望や標準サポート向けです。

#### 🔹 ステップ1 – チケットを開く

1. Discordサーバーに参加してください： [Discord LifeSteal](https://discord.gg/3vMguzZFbJ)
2. チャンネルに移動してください [**`『📩』tickets`**](https://discord.com/channels/1331635184839430215/1331635185435021428)
3. ボタンをクリックしてください `チケットの理由を選択してください。`

> 💡 あなたとスタッフ間の専用チャンネルが自動的に作成されます。

#### 🔹 ステップ2 – 理由を選ぶ

通常チケットの理由は **固定です** :

* 💰 返金を申請する
* ⚔️ プレイヤーを通報する
* ⚖️ 罰則に異議を申し立てる
* 🐞 問題を報告する
* 🎖️ ランクを申請する
* 🛒 ショップの問題
* 🤝 パートナーシップ
* 💡 提案
* ❓ 質問
* 🧑‍💻 募集
* 📌 その他...

#### 🔹 ステップ3 – 通常チケットのルール

* 📌 LifeStealの **規約** はすべてのチケットに適用されます
* 🚫 過度なメンションやスパムは処罰されます
* ⏳ チケットが24時間以上応答なしの場合、削除されます
* ❌ 同じ問題で複数のチケットを開くことは禁止されています

#### 🔹 ステップ4 – 回答を待つ

* スタッフは可能な限り早くあなたの専用チャンネルで返信します
* 辛抱強く待ち、チケットをスパムしないでください

優先チケットは以下のプレイヤー向けです、 **ランクを持つ**\
彼らは **優先サポートを受けられます**.

#### 🔹 ステップ1 – 優先チケットを開く

優先チケットでは、プレイヤーは **自分で理由を記入する必要があります** ポップアップフォーム内に **必須のMinecraftのユーザー名を記載してください**.\
問題や要望を明確に説明してください。

* 📌 LifeStealの **規約** も適用されます
* 🚫 過度なメンションやスパムは処罰されます
