일반 티켓은 일반적인 문의와 표준 지원을 위한 것입니다.

#### 🔹 1단계 – 티켓 열기

3. 버튼을 클릭하세요 `티켓 사유를 선택해 주세요.`

> 💡 당신과 운영진 사이에 개인 채널이 자동으로 생성됩니다.

#### 🔹 2단계 – 사유 선택

일반 티켓의 사유는 **고정되어 있습니다** :

* 💰 환불 요청
* ⚔️ 플레이어 신고
* ⚖️ 제재 이의 제기
* 🐞 문제 신고
* 🎖️ 등급 요청
* 🛒 상점 문제
* 🤝 파트너십
* 💡 제안
* ❓ 질문
* 🧑‍💻 채용
* 📌 기타...

#### 🔹 3단계 – 일반 티켓 규칙

* 📌 **LifeSteal 규정** 모든 티켓에 적용됩니다
* 🚫 과도한 멘션이나 스팸은 제재 대상입니다
* ⏳ 티켓이 24시간 이상 응답이 없으면 삭제됩니다
* ❌ 동일한 문제로 여러 티켓을 여는 것은 금지됩니다

#### 🔹 4단계 – 응답 대기

* 운영진이 가능한 한 빨리 당신의 개인 채널에 답변할 것입니다
* 참을성 있게 기다리고 티켓을 도배하지 마세요
